Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Location: Multiple regions across India

Experience: 8+ years in FMCG/Consumer Goods/OTC/Sales

Reports to: National Sales Head / Director

Key Responsibilities:                         

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and distribution targets.

Appoint and manage a network of distributors, stockists, and field teams.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams for smooth operations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for the assigned region.

Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team in the region.

Requirements:                         
             
 
Proven track record of driving regional sales growth in FMCG or a related industry.

Strong leadership, planning, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities across India

Experience: 4–7 years in FMCG/Field Sales/Distribution

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales and distribution in the assigned area.

Lead a team of Sales Executives and work with channel partners to ensure availability and visibility of products.

Drive secondary and tertiary sales.

Ensure timely collections and manage credit limits of partners.

Conduct regular market visits and fieldwork to gather feedback.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of retail/distribution networks.

Experience in launching or expanding product lines in a territory is a plus.

Should be target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.

Proficiency in local language preferred.

Sales Executive

Sales Executive

Location: Openings in all major cities

Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales

Reports to: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail shops and distributors to generate orders and improve product placement.

Execute product demos and educate retailers on product benefits.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Provide market feedback and competitor insights.

Ensure timely collections and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Good communication and persuasion skills.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).

Experience in FMCG, Pharma, or similar sectors is desirable.
